Princess Lalla Salma is visiting children with cancer in Portugal

Princess Lalla Salma continues its work to fight cancer now on abroad.

The Princess, wife of King Mohammed VI, visited yesterday the Portuguese Institute of Oncology (IPO) in Lisbon. Lalla Salma is in the country to participate in the third edition of the Ball of the Cote d'Azur, a platform for influential figures who can contribute something to the world. Prince Charles-Philippe d'Orleans, the organizer of the charity meeting and praised Lalla Salma.

In the IPO she visited sick children suffering from cancer to support them and her compassion. They also wished them a speedy recovery. Lalla Salma has established several health centres in Morocco for the treatment and prevention of cancer. This weekend she will also visit the Portuguese president.
