Wheel clamp soon disappears from streets Rabat

After a rather formal prohibition seems to be the wheel clamp really past tense in the capital.

According to Akhbar Al Yaoum the Moroccan media there seems to be an end to have come to the wheel clamp in Rabat. There would be an agreement reached between the City Council and the administrative court.
