Italian coast guard rescues 1000 migrants

The Italian coast guard says Sunday and Monday on the Mediterranean sea more than a thousand migrants from overcrowded boats to have saved. Also were sixteen bodies recovered.

Because the migrants flow across its territory to Greece has slowed, more people for the dangerous crossing from North Africa to Italy. On 1 december, more than 173,000 migrants included Italy, more than the record number of 170,000 in 2014. Over the last three years about half a million migrants arrived in Italy.
