Spotlight: Fez, one of the imperial cities in Morocco (video)

Fez ' also called ' Faz ' is an Arabic word that stands for pick axe where reference is made to a legend story of Idriss I that a gold-silver Pickaxe would have used to delineate the boundaries of Fez.

As one of the four imperial cities Fez is a part in most tourist tours of Morocco. The well-preserved old town, which is now a UNESCO World Heritage site will get even more attention to preservation and restoration, attracts visitors.
