Abderrahim Atmoun re-elected as head of the joint Moroccan-European Union Parliamentary Committee

The mixed Moroccan-European Union Committee has recently held a meeting in the House of representatives for its president to choose.

Abderrahim Atmoun, former Chairman of the joint Moroccan-European Union Parliamentary Committee during his tenure as a member of the House of Councillors, was re-elected as head of the Commission. The vice President returns to Fouad El K, Member of Parliament of the Istiqlal, in the House of Councillors.

The mixed Moroccan-European Union Parliamentary Committee consists of three former ministers, Lahcen Sadiq (MP), Lahcen Haddad (Istiqlal) and Lahcen Daoudi (PJD), which makes it an institutional weight.

The mixed Moroccan-European Parliamentary Commission will hold the next meeting on 18 and 19 april in Rabat, in the presence of colleagues from the European Parliament, reports medias24.
