Investigations to 200 fighters in Syria and Iraq

The national criminal police has started investigations to over two hundred Dutch fighters who would have joined one of the terrorist groups in the fight area in Syria and Iraq.

That made Prosecutor Ferry from Veghel Thursday during a pro-forma session in the Court of Rotterdam, where ten men in absentia are indicted for participation in the armed struggle of Daesh and other armed groups.

According to the Prosecutor provides over two hundred investigations in which evidence must be gathered and that very tedious time consuming, intense and extremely intensive, also because in those areas no physical evidence can be collected. That research should lead to the structural Justice of fighters, according to the ORDER for security in Netherlands.
