Power supply Gaza further limited

The only power plant in the Gaza Strip is Sunday out of action due to lack of fuel.

The approximately two million people in the Palestinian territory are now getting only an hour or four per day power supplied, instead of formerly eight hours.

Cause of the lack of fuel is mutually Palestinian haggling about unpaid bills. The fear is that turning off the electricity may have implications for the supply of drinking water in the area.
