Morocco shows Moroccan cuisine on international food show in Canada

Morocco is part of the ' International Food Show or Canada ' (SIAL), an opportunity to show the diversity of Moroccan cuisine and to examine potential business partnerships with the other participating countries.

On a surface of 200 m2 presents the Moroccan pavilion the richness and variety of the agricultural sector, with culinary tastings of Moroccan cuisine, reports Moroccoworldnews.

There are 12 Moroccan companies participate in this annual event. The companies aim to show a diversified assortment of agricultural products that range from citrus fruit to fruit and vegetable preserves, couscous, tea and spices, aromatic and medicinal plants and olives.

The participating Moroccan companies strive to new partnerships with the North American market and the capabilities and performance of the Kingdom in the framework of the "Plan Maroc Vert" (green Morocco Plan).

The Stock Exchange gives participants the opportunity to get acquainted with the latest market trends and the latest technologies in the agricultural sector.

With nearly 930 exhibitors who represent approximately 45 countries and more than 14,000 visitors from 67 countries, this event offers an opportunity to present agricultural products, identify new partners and business deals.

The event in Toronto takes 3 days, it started on 2 May and today is the last day.
