Teachers have the power to work in the private educational sector

There is good news for teachers in the public sector. The recently appointed Minister of education, Mohamed Hassad, the ban lifted to overtime in the private sector.

A statement issued by the Ministry reports that the decision was taken in accordance with the law 06.00. The statement specifies that the permits are valid only for a limited period of time. They will in any case be limited to 1 school year. In addition, the teachers all teaching hours for the benefit of the public sector have completed.

The decision of this ends the Decree of its predecessor Hassad Rachid Benmokhtar, issued in February 2015. The former Minister had the previously granted authorisation when raised, reports HuffPostMaroc.
