Over 23 dead in attack on Christians in Egypt

Two buses with Egyptian Christians are Friday under fire at the Egyptian city of al-Minya.

Thereby are definitely 23 dead and 25 injured, reported the authorities. The Coptic Christians were on the way to the Saint Samuel monastery in the village.

In and around al-Minya, about 220 kilometers south of Cairo, there is a relatively large Christian minority.
