Moroccan railways timetable to fit in Ramadan

The national railway company of Morocco (ONCF) the timetables in the near future has been adjusted to take account of the Ramadan.

Schedule changes will also result from rail projects currently under construction, including the LGV project between Casablanca and Tangier, the renovation of the railway tunnel that Salé and Rabat links and building new train stations.

The departure and arrival times of trains are specially adapted to those of the shuttle train at Casa Port, reports Moroccoworldnews.

Casa Port to Rabat's trains are available approximately every 30 minutes, while those of Casa Port to Settat about every 2 hours are available.

Trains from El Jadida to Casa Port drive about every 1 to 2 hours.

The railway timetables of FES, Tangier, Marrakech, Oujda, Nador, Kenitra, Safi and Khouribga will also change.

If you are in Morocco in the next few weeks and would like to travel by train you can for information and departure times call the ONCF service centre via 2255.
