Ministry of education creates nearly 24,000 new positions in Morocco
The Ministry hopes candidates with bachelor diplomas in primary or secondary education to recruit around congested classrooms to avoid, reports Moroccoworldnews.
The recruitment of teachers is started since June 5 and there are talks held on 29 and 30 June. All new positions are according to a contractgebaseerd system.
In addition to the recruitment of teachers for the coming academic year, the Department will also 8,000 administrative and technical staff recruiting in two stages.
Access to education in Morocco remains worrying in some regions and this initiative to put more teachers in classrooms will hopefully increase the literacy.
The available positions are distributed as follows over the regions:
-Souss-Massa: 1.741 positions
-Fez-Meknes: 2.450 positions
-Casablanca-Settat: 3.865 positions
-Tanger-TÃ©touan-Al Hoceima: 3.763 positions
-Beni Mellal-Khenifra: 2,121 positions
-Oriental: 2.055 positions
-Marrakech-Safi: 3,601 positions
-Rabat-SalÃ©-Kenitra: 1,806 positions
Sakia el Hamra: 252-LaÃ¢youne-positions
-Guelmim-Oued Noun: 341 positions
-Draa-Tafilalet: 1.856 positions
