Baccalaureate exam: fraud fell by 60% compared to 2016

The degree of fraud in Morocco at the Baccalaureate exam is in 2017 with 60 per cent lower, according to the Ministry of education.

This was announced yesterday during a presentation by the Government spokesman Mustapha K.k at the Governing Council.

K.k pointed out that the baccalaureate exams were held in Morocco in very positive terms and noted that the significant decrease in cases of fraud was partly due to a number of measures were taken by the Ministry.

The exam of this year the Ministry of education had a number of measures, such as issuing a law against fraud and additional monitoring where pupils were also scanned on devices that can be used in fraud (such as mobile phones and tablets). K.k added that these measures will be strengthened in order to prevent fraud in the coming year.
