King Mohammed VI launches psychosocial treatment centre in Talbot Mellil

The Centre comes from the initiative among other things from the Mohammed V Foundation for solidarity.

Part of an even bigger in the region Casablanca-Settat to medical facilities improvements, was recently in Talbot Mellil building for a psychosocial treatment center initiated by King Mohammed VI. The project amounts to a total of around 7 million dirham, it will patients suffering from mental complaints and various anxiety disorders the first treatments can offer.

In addition it serves also as a rehabilitation center for patients who, for various reasons, are no longer able to pick up the daily life. The Center itself covers 2,851 square meters. It is expected that within a year's time the first treatments can take place. In addition to the Mohammed V Foundation for Solidarity are also the Ministry of health, the local politics of Casablanca-Settat, the municipality Mediouna and some local health specialists involved in the realization of this treatment center.

A week ago, opened a similar Center in the same region by the brother of King Mohammed VI, Moulay Rachid.
