EU Parliament immunity Le Pen pulls in

The European Parliament adopted Thursday the immunity of National Front leader Marine le Pen raised.

The French authorities had requested because they are the Mayor of Nice a henchman of jihadists.

The withdrawal of the parliamentary protection clears the way for criminal prosecution in France for libel and slander. Earlier this year Parliament lifted her immunity already on because they are in 2015 three shocking photos of atrocities of Daesh via Twitter.

The French justice has also asked for a waiver of Le Pen's immunity because they are employees of the National Front with EU money paid, while those not in the European Parliament but at the party Office would work. That procedure is still running.

The EU Parliament keeps all or part of the monthly salary and the fees of the former presidential candidate (48). Chances are that they will be elected Sunday in the French Parliament.
