Warmest June month ever

With two more days to go, June according to weather bureau back online the record established by warmest June month ever.

The old record was June 1976. The average temperature this month amounts to 18.1 degrees. In June 1976 was that 18.0 degrees. In a normal June month is the average approximately 15.6 degrees.

As well as at night it is this June month warmer than normal. The average maximum temperature was 22.8 degrees until Monday, against normal 20.4. There was even twice a tropical temperature of above 30 degrees measured in De Bilt. The minimum temperature was 12.6 degrees, it is normal that, on average, 10.5.
