Moroccan Court gives 7 underage girls in prison because of terreurgerelateerde acts

The Appeals Court in sale has Thursday seven underage girls between two and five years in prison for terreurgerelateerde acts, reports the Moroccan news agency MAP.

The minor girls/women are between 15 and 17 years old. The Court has the prime suspect to five years ' imprisonment and four years ' imprisonment imposed on three other suspects. Two other defendants got three years ' imprisonment and one other suspect got two years in prison.

The Group of women was arrested in October for forming a terrorist cell who wanted to commit acts of terrorism, recruiting others to commit terrorist attacks and planning suicide attacks in different regions of the Kingdom. Overall, the terrorist cell from 10 women exist.

The Interior Ministry has said that the group "intended to increase the presence of women in the terrorist group Daesh".
