17% of Moroccans still has no access to clean drinking water

Almost 900 million people around the world have difficult access to clean drinking water. In Morocco has 17% of the citizens have no access to clean drinking water.

UNICEF recently published a report in which it the commitment of Morocco to prices in 2030 to ensure access to clean drinking water for all. 83% of the Moroccan population had access to safe drinking water in 2015, compared with 64% in 2000, says the report.On the other hand, Unicef also had criticism, they deplore the increasing inequalities between urban and rural areas.
