Israel warns citizens who wish to travel to Morocco
The Israeli anti-terrorism Department has warned its citizens, who are planning to visit Morocco during the Jewish religious holidays which take place between september and October.
Al Massae reports today that the Israeli Government should be concerned about the movements of its citizens in Morocco. According to the newspaper has anti-terrorism Department of the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu warned the Jewish citizens who wish to travel to Morocco during september and October for three religious holidays: Rosh Hashanah (Jewish new year), Yom Kippur (day of Atonement), and Sukkot (feast of Tabernacles).
According to the same source, the anti-terrorism Department of information of the intelligence services that Israeli travelers at risk, especially since their movements coincide with the commemoration of the attacks on 11 september. Morocco is part of 44 countries, including Algeria, Mauritania, Tunisia and Egypt, which is considered by the Department as potentially dangerous for Israeli nationals.
