Fight against terrorism: Britain out of gratitude to Morocco

Britain is ' grateful ' for the ' efficient ' help Morocco granted after the terrorist attacks in London.

"We are grateful for the quick and efficient help that Morocco has given us after the attacks in London", said the British Deputy Minister of Home Affairs, Suzanne Williams, in a statement to the Moroccan news agency MAP.

In this respect, they welcomed the security policy of the Kingdom of Morocco, particularly in the fight against violent extremism and terrorism, saying that this problem "certainly one of the areas of bilateral cooperation in the future".

The British officer explained that the purpose of her first official visit to Morocco is to learn about the "undeniable progress" that the Kingdom has made with regard to economic development and education. Williams spent Sunday visiting the Sidi Moumen cultural centre in Casablanca.
