Right hogerberoepszaak Wilders goes through

Today is the second day of the Director seat.

Judge of the Court of justice the Hague Jeanne Gaakeer will continue with the hogerberoepszaak against PVV leader Geert Wilders. The politician wanted they withdrew, because he has doubts about its impartiality. However, he served in a wrakings request, because this legally has no chance of success, he thinks. He asked Gaakeer to decide to stop but there she went in and the case continues.

That turned out to be at the beginning of the second day of the management session, which takes place in court at Schiphol. Wilders is like Tuesday. The politician is persecuted for his "less-Moroccans-statements" in March 2014.

Wilders has concerns about the impartiality of the presiding judge, because they as Chairman of a foundation had a prize awarded to a student, who described the politician as a "left-wing activist".

The public prosecution service (OM) wants the Court of appeal all the requests of the defence of PVV leader Geert Wilders for more research to do and to hear witnesses, rejects. There is no need to research more according to the. "The dossier is complete."

The two Attorneys-General for the Court of Justice in the Hague, that Director sessions keeps on Schiphol, called the research needs "unnecessary, not necessary or irrelevant". Furthermore, these concepts and the judgement about that just to the grounds of the judges. The Court may, on the basis of legal provisions and earlier statements, they find.

Geert-Jan Knoops counsel wants among other politicians, as well as the nearly 6500 people that Declaration did against Wilders. I also want to do further research to Knoops that experts concepts such as discrimination, race and freedom of expression.
