This resignation followed after the presentation of the evaluation report of the Court of Auditors in which delays in the program of ' Al Hoceima, Manarat Al Moutawassit ' were set. At the first Council of Ministers soon after El Othmani encouraged the ministers to be able to carry out field visits, in particular the ongoing projects to control, so that any problems can be found and fixed in time.
