Moroccan Government approves setting up new courts good

There are several new courts in the Royal.

The Governing Council approved yesterday the draft Decree nr. 2-17-688 on the judicial system of the Kingdom well, reports the Moroccan news agency MAP. This draft decree amends the articles 2 and 3 of Decree No. 2-74-498, specifies the number of courts of first instance fixed at 83 and the number of courts of appeal on 22.

The draft decree also includes:

-the creation of 13 courts of first instance by upgrading of twelve judicial centres;

-the establishment of a Court of first instance in Tahanaoute,

-the establishment of a Court of appeal in Guelmim,

-the change of cuisine from 7 courts in the light of the regional distribution in the Kingdom.
