Jneid in job, ' fundamental rights violated '

The imam Fawaz Jneid is appeal against a court ruling.

That decided today that he is rightly excluded from the Hague neighborhoods Schilderswijk and Transvaal. The Ministry of security and Justice had given him a field ban for six months.

Jneid finds the area ban in violation of his freedom of speech, freedom of religion and freedom of movement. "An improper infringement of their fundamental rights," said his lawyer Ãœmit Arslan Thursday. That is straight to the Council of State, the highest administrative courts in Netherlands.
