Moroccan and Vietnamese Parliament sign cooperation agreement
President of the Chamber of Deputies Habib El Malki and his Vietnamese counterpart Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan locks on Monday 18 december in Hanoi a cooperation agreement between the two legislative bodies, the first of its kind, said a parliamentary source to Lefr360.
The bilateral agreement was signed to institutionalisation of parliamentary partnership and diplomacy as part of the official visit by Habib El M to the Asian country from 18 to 22 december.
On this occasion, stressed the head of the first room "the excellent historical and political ties that unite the two countries since 1961, despite the geographical distance", which he presented as "friendly country Viet Nam, the gateway to Asia" and the Kingdom Morocco as "platform of Viet Nam to Africa".
Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan praised the reforms that Morocco undertakes in various fields under the leadership of King Mohammed VI and called the fight of the Kingdom against terrorism and the return of Morocco to the African Union (AU).
During his stay in Hanoi will successively be the speaker of the House of representatives received by the Vietnamese head of State, the Prime Minister of Viet Nam and the leader of the Vietnamese Communist Party.
