Lawsuit Abdeslam kicks off in Brussels

The 28-year-old Frenchman is in for more than 2.5 years in a prison near Paris. During the process, he is transferred to a high-security prison near Lille and each day of the proceedings brought to Brussels and back again.

Abdeslam ranks as the only surviving terrorist from the attacks in Paris where on 13 november 2015 130 deaths. His bomgordel would not have gone off. For the French court case is not yet a date.



The most wanted man of Europe showed itself after the attacks in Paris to keep hiding in the Brussels commune of Molenbeek, where he grew up with his older brother, Brahim, who blew up herself in the French capital.
