Morocco and New Zealand sign cooperation agreements

New Zealand and Morocco have signed two cooperation agreements in Wellington on 13 March.

The cooperation agreements were signed by Mounia Boucetta, the Moroccan State Secretary for Foreign Affairs, and Brook Barrington, Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in New Zealand.

The first agreement concerns the establishment of a mechanism for political consultation. The second concerns economic, technical and cultural cooperation.

"Morocco and New Zealand have promised to work together to their relations in the political, economic and cultural level to develop and strengthen," said Boucetta in a statement to the Moroccan news agency MAP.
